What are some current trends you've noticed in private yacht charter itineraries?
"Trends in private yacht charter itineraries strive towards experiences. It is all about experiencing unforgettable moments, seeing unseen, hidden gems, and exceeding expectations. Nowadays people can have it all, so providing guests with something they haven't even imagined is my personal goal."
How do you collaborate with other agents in creating offers, and how do you support them throughout the booking process?
"My collaboration with other agents is based on immediate and complete replies. I try to respond as fast as possible, in minutes, I try to provide agents with as much information about yachts, prices, availability, and extras.
I try to advise them which yacht would be the perfect fit for their client. I also try to suggest itinerary routes, restaurants, and things to do and see, so they have the whole package and can make a deal done in no time. My support to the agent is through all-time availability and flexibility. I am aware the immediate responses have at least 90% success."
Could you elaborate on the process of organizing a charter?
"After receiving the inquiry I try to find the best fit and at least two more alternatives, I include an itinerary sample based on group personality – age, preferences, etc. I always leave doors a bit open for further discussion. I always make a follow-up and build relations with the agent.
After getting the deal done I sent the preference list to the agent, we went through the itinerary and added or removed my or clients' suggestions together with the captain as well. Some guests know exactly what they want, and some tell us just that they want to be active all the time, so I suggest to them where are the best places for that and what can be done. Then I arrange their bikes and bike tours, wine tasting, buggy military tours, or just city sightseeing with a tour guide or anything similar. I also arrange transfers and hotels if requested and keep in touch for any support needed."
Do you assist agents in creating custom itineraries tailored to their clients' preferences?
"I always assist agents in creating custom itineraries. It is important to understand clients' wishes and preferences so their itinerary is as customed as possible. I always suggest what could be added based on the knowledge of a client that I have. That is why I try to connect with the agent and sometimes also we connect all together to ensure the best possible customer service and experience for the client."
What are some standout itineraries you recommend for Croatia?
"Standout itineraries that I suggest if clients are active are up north towards Krka waterfalls and Skradin, taking the biking and wine tour plus waterfalls. It is just amazing. This tour includes then mostly islands like Čiovo, Zlarin, and Šolta, which offer pure nature and amazing food.

In your opinion, when is the optimal time to embark on a yacht charter in Croatia?
"The best time to embark on a yacht charter in Croatia is June and September. Nice warm, not too hot, nice and calm, but not quiet, not crowded, people are relaxed with full attention towards customer service in each spot."
Are there any yacht shows on your agenda this year? If so, which ones are you planning to attend?
"I have attended the ITB Berlin exhibition with our Incentive Reward and Recognition programs and I am attending Medys in Greece, the Croatia Boat show, and ICE in Amsterdam."
